Who Are We
Our mission is to create safe, comfortable spaces where families and individuals are proud to call home. We are dedicated to creating dynamic communities in B & C areas, to provide services to our residents and give our capital partners a sense of pride that their investments are a part of creating dynamic communities. By providing excellent service to our partners, and optimizing these properties, we are adding value to both the lifestyle of the tenants, and the return on our partners’ investments.
Managing Partners
Connie Young | Founder
Connie Young is the Founder of Paradise Creek Community Partners. She has Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees and has worked in Management of Food Safety and Innovation in the food manufacturing sector for the past 25+ years. Between degrees, she spent several years purchasing foreclosures and multiunits in rural areas and renovated them to provide low-income housing for those communities. She has several years of experience in auditing and inspecting both manufacturing facilities and regulatory documentations associated with the food industry, as well as inspecting her own real estate investments for due diligence and assessing the needed building and unit upgrades.
Connie has a heart for children who are at risk- whether from inner city or impoverished areas, or who have been placed in foster care. She has been awarded a National Honor from the One Human Family Organization for Innovative Community Service. The award was for her role in founding and managing a social development project in the inner city, which served children of that area through teaching social values, instilling pride and self confidence in children and teens, as well as raising funds to serve their material needs. She has also served as a foster and adoptive parent.
